Grounded in the foodways of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe, the menu doesn’t shy away from influences beyond, with Cajun, French and South American flavors woven throughout. The full menu also offers steaks, chicken and other Pacific Northwest-inspired dishes — all accompanied by a curated beverage menu featuring regional wines and craft cocktails served up in a contemporary setting.
