ilani Forever Rewards Terms & Conditions

Cowlitz Tribal Gaming Authority, d/b/a ilani (“ilani”) is pleased to welcome you to ilani Forever Rewards Program (“Ilani Forever Rewards”). These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to your participation in ilani Forever Rewards.

Please read these Terms and Conditions to understand ilani Forever Rewards rules and benefits and your responsibilities. By enrolling as a member of ilani Forever Rewards or by using your ilani Forever Rewards card (“Card”), you accept these Terms and Conditions. You also consent to ilani’s collection and use of your personal information as described in our privacy notice available here [https://ilaniresort.com/about-ilani/privacy-policy.html]. ilani may change, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate any aspect of ilani Forever Rewards, its benefits and its Terms and Conditions in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice for any or no reason.

Only individuals who are 21 years of age or older are eligible for ilani Forever Rewards. Corporations and other entities, employees, and other excluded individuals per ilani policy and management discretion cannot become ilani Forever Rewards members.

Eligible individuals may enroll in Ilani Forever Rewards at the property or online in select locations. To enroll in Ilani Forever Rewards, you must provide ilani at a minimum your full legal name, physical address, phone number, email, and date of birth. To obtain your Card, you must provide a valid photo identification to a Marketing Representative or other authorized team members located on the property of ilani. Types of valid photo identification include Driver's License, Passport, Military or Veteran ID, State ID, Tribal ID, and Alien Resident ID. A Card may be issued to each Ilani Forever Rewards member, and an associated Ilani Forever Rewards account created, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Each member is responsible for selecting a confidential Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) for the account as well as online login credentials (collectively, “Login Credentials”). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login Credentials, and you are responsible for all transactions on your account when your Login Credentials are used, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify ilani of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or Login Credentials or any other breach of security. ilani reserves the right to disable your Login Credentials at any time in its sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in ilani’s opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Except as permitted by these Terms and Conditions, a member may not transfer, sell, purchase, trade or barter a Card, ilani Forever Rewards account, Rewards Dollars, Status Points, food and beverage offers, entertainment offers, or any membership benefit to another individual. Violators of this rule are subject to termination of ilani Forever Rewards membership and forfeiture of rewards including, but not limited to, accumulated Rewards Dollars, Status Points, and/or membership benefits.

ilani is not responsible for lost or stolen Cards. The number of concurrently active Cards may be subject to limits set by ilani, and ilani has the right to audit any account in its discretion at any time to investigate the number of concurrently active Cards per account.

There are five separate statuses available through ilani Forever Rewards at ilani. Status Points are earned through gaming and determine which card level members fall into:

• Bronze Status: The Bronze status card is the initial card that any guest who is 21 years of age or older can sign up for with a valid form of identification. It is free of charge at our Player Services booths and on-floor enrolment kiosks. Bronze has many benefits associated with it, and by signing up for the Bronze status card, you will receive all such benefits.
• Silver Status: The Silver status card is available to guests who earn 150 Status Points during the six-month, April through September and October through March, or twelve-month qualifying period April through March (“Qualifying Period”). Members who earn Silver status will have all of the associated benefits that the Silver status card offers.
• Gold Status: The Gold status card is available to guests who earn 400 Status Points during the Qualifying Period. Members who earn Gold status will have all of the associated benefits that the Gold status card offers.
• Platinum Status: The Platinum status card is available to guests who earn 600 Status Points during the Qualifying Period. Members who earn Platinum status will have all of the associated benefits that the Platinum status card offers.
• Titanium Status: The Titanium status card is available to guests who earn 1,400 Status Points during the Qualifying Period. Members who earn Titanium status will have all of the associated benefits that the Titanium status card offers.

ilani Forever Rewards benefits and status (i.e., Core, Ignite, Leap, and Ascend) are based on member expenditures for gaming play and certain non-gaming purchases at participating ilani destinations with the use of a member’s Card. When a member plays with their Card, they may earn “Rewards “Dollars”. One Rewards Dollar is equivalent to one U.S. dollar when using them for purchase. 

Depending on your ilani Forever Rewards status, potential rewards may include, but are not limited to, monthly food offers, invites to special events, promotions, tournaments, fuel discounts, VIP parking access, VIP lounge access, and golf course membership discounts. Some benefits may be based on play and are subject to availability. Restrictions may apply. Rewards Dollars can be used at any ilani affiliated property, including Mohegan Sun, Mohegan Sun Pocono, and Mohegan Sun Las Vegas. Your use of your Card at ilani is subject to the ilani Forever Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

To ensure proper recording of ilani Forever Rewards benefits, each member is responsible for properly providing or inserting their Card upon use or purchase. Any rewards earned by someone other than the cardholder or fraudulently or erroneously earned are subject to void, removal and/or cancellation.

You will be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification bearing the same name as stated on the Card and your account PIN in order to redeem rewards.

Rewards Dollars will expire after 12 months of inactivity. Status Points will be reset to zero at the end of each Qualifying Period. In addition, ilani may terminate your Rewards Dollars and any other ilani Forever Rewards benefits without advance notice for any reason or no reason.

Rewards Dollars cannot be used for the purchase of alcohol or applied as a tip or toke.

ilani is not responsible for products or services offered by other companies that may participate in benefits, offers or special promotions provided to members. All statements and opinions expressed by third parties are solely the opinions and the responsibility of the person or entity providing those materials.

Your violation of these Terms and Conditions, including fraud, misrepresentation, misuse of a Card or a ilani Forever Rewards account to manipulate accumulation of rewards, misuse of ilani Forever Rewards or balances, including, but not limited to, Rewards Dollars, Status Points, complimentaries, or if you are barred from the ilani property or engage in other improper conduct as determined by ilani, may subject you, without limitation, to termination of ilani Forever Rewards membership, demotion of the member’s account status, forfeiture of all of your member benefits including, but not limited to, accumulated Rewards Dollars, Status Points, status benefits, and/or appropriate administrative and/or legal action by ilani or applicable governmental authorities. In addition, ilani has the right to take appropriate legal action to recover damages, including its attorneys’ fees incurred in prosecuting or defending any lawsuit related hereto.

These Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect as long as you are a ilani Forever Rewards member. Even after you are no longer a ilani Forever Rewards member, certain provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature are intended to survive will remain in effect, including Sections 3, 7-14, and the Privacy Notice.

ilani may suspend or terminate your membership in ilani Forever Rewards or the ilani Forever Rewards program itself at any time for any or no reason, with or without notice, and without any liability to you or to any third party for any claims, damages, costs or losses resulting therefrom.

No waiver by ilani of a term or condition set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure of ilani to assert a right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.

ILANI, ITS DIRECTORS, AND ITS EMPLOYEES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR ILANI FOREVER REWARDS MEMBERSHIP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY UNDER THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS TO TERMINATE YOUR ILANI FOREVER REWARDS MEMBERSHIP. OUR MAXIMUM FINANCIAL LIABILITY TO YOU IS $100.

You agree that your breach of these Terms and Conditions will cause irreparable injury to ilani for which monetary damages would not be an adequate remedy, and ilani is entitled to seek equitable relief, in addition to any remedies it may have hereunder or at law, without having to post a bond or other security or prove damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe and the State of Washington, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause application of another state’s laws. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms and Conditions, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as a waiver of the sovereign immunity of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe or the Cowlitz Tribal Gaming Authority or of any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, or of any employee, officer, or representative of any of them, which sovereign immunity is hereby expressly retained.

ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN ILANI FOREVER REWARDS WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY WITHOUT YOUR RESORTING TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION LITIGATION.

All decisions concerning the interpretation and application or administration of Ilani Forever Rewards are within the sole discretion of management and any dispute regarding the accumulation or forfeiture of Rewards Dollars, Status Points, Ilani Forever Rewards status, or other benefit associated with an account will be reviewed by management. Management’s decision in any dispute will be final and binding subject to regulatory approval as required under applicable law.

The Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Notice constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and ilani with respect to Ilani Forever Rewards and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to Ilani Forever Rewards.
