Point of Sail

Point of Sail is a seven-piece tribute to Yacht Rock music in Seattle, WA. Founded by vocalist Brian Garrison in late 2021, the band highlights stellar vocals backed by multi-talented, high-caliber musicians. The group is led by an outstanding lead singer along with four excellent background vocalists who share in lead vocal duties, creating rich vocal harmonies. We feature several multi-instrumentalists, yielding a horn section with tenor/alto sax and trumpet; a tight grooving rhythm section driven by drums, bass, & percussion, an expert lead guitarist, all buoyed with multiple keyboards, and acoustic/electric rhythm guitars. Point of Sail’s setlist offers songs with soulful vocals and harmonies of yacht-y R&B grooves, guitar-driven rockers with blistering solos, classic FM radio ballads, and all-acoustic songs. We guarantee you will not hear these songs done better unless you're dropping the needle on the vinyl where it was born!
