5 Guys Named Moe is a high-energy, horn-driven show band entertaining audiences for well over 30 years!! Featuring all the best dance hits from the '80s and beyond.
5 Guys Named Moe was originally named after the 1943 hit song by Louis Jordan and started out as a 5-piece in 1984. Over the years however, the band has grown into a slammin' 12-piece show band that is as much fun to watch as it is to listen and dance to! The resulting full sound—combined with a variety of dynamic lead vocalists and their unique visual energy—sets 5 Guys Named Moe apart from other bands.
5 Guys Named Moe has opened for Jefferson Starship, Foghat, CCR Revisted and Taylor Dayne in the last three years. Over the band's history 5 Guys Named Moe has shared the stage with: Kool & The Gang, The Grass Roots, Mary Wilson & The Supremes, The Kingsmen, The Ventures, Stephen Stills of Crosby, Stills & Nash, Johnny Rivers, Billy Preston, Glen Frey, Danny Gans, The Smothers Brothers and Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels among others.
Strobe lights, lighting effects, and theatrical fog may be in use at Rock & Brews during musical concerts.
