Jim Basnight

Jim Basnight began his music career in Seattle in the late 70s, fronting the Moberlys and contributing to the city's pre-grunge rock scene. After relocating to NYC in 1980, he gained acclaim with his debut album and continued to shape his career with various incarnations of the Moberlys across the US. Following stints in LA and Seattle, he formed the Jim Basnight Band, performing extensively across the NW and releasing numerous albums, including "Not Changing" (2019) and "Jokers, Idols and Misfits" (2020). Basnight has shared stages with notable acts and received recognition, including a nomination for the Best Male Artist at the 2021 Radio-WIGWAM Online Music Awards.
