Photo Conset and Release: Any uploaded images may be used by the Cowlitz Indian Tribe (CIT), the Cowlitz Tribal Gaming Authority (CTGA), or their partners.

By completing the form and submitting my photo(s), I acknowledge that I am an enrolled member of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe. I also acknowledge that I have uploaded the photo(s) and its descriptions to CIT and CTGA for their use and distribution. I confirm that I own the rights to the photo(s), and I relinquish any interest I have in the photo(s) to CIT and CTGA.  I grant CIT and CTGA the right to use, edit, alter, crop, copy, distribute, sell, and publish the photo(s) as it desires in its sole discretion.  I waive and disclaim any creative credit or compensation, including monetary, that may ever accrue from use of the photo(s). I release and indemnify CIT, CTGA, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, as well as council members, officers, agents, principals, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages that may ever arise from any use of the photo(s) that I have submitted.
