This is the rescheduled event for Sunday, November 29th. All tickets for the performances scheduled for Sunday, November 29th, and Sunday, June 13th will be honored.


Washington State health guidelines require all attendees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR to have received a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours before the time of the show. By attending the event, you certify and attest that you and all individuals in your party will be abide by the following regulations:

All fans will provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please show original vaccination card, printed copy of original vaccination card or digital copy of original vaccination card (picture on phone or other device). Final dose of vaccine must be administered two weeks prior to the show. Card must include the name of the person vaccinated, the type of vaccination provided and the date of the final dose was administered.


Provide proof of negative COVID-19 diagnostic test result taken within 72 hours of the event. Date and time stamp and the name of the ticketed guest required. At home tests will not be accepted.


To slow the spread of COVID-19, face masks are required, regardless of vaccination status.

Entry requirements and venue protocols are subject to change. Children 11 years and younger do not need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test.

All Cowlitz Ballroom shows will follow updated health and safety guidelines from the state of Washington and the CDC and are subject to rescheduling as necessary.

Strobe lights, lighting effects, and theatrical fog may be in use in Cowlitz Ballroom during musical concerts.  If you have health or physical problems that could be affected by strobe lighting, lighting effects, or theatrical fog, including but not limited to photosensitive epilepsy, asthma or breathing problems, you should not enter Cowlitz Ballroom.
